11 Management was set up in February 2008 to deal with the specific public relations demands of the sports and leisure industries.

In 2008, PagetBaker partnered with Mark Pougatch, one of the UK’s most influential and well respected sports journalists, to establish 11Management, a specialist public relations division for the sports and leisure industry, offering communications and branding advice, strategic consultation and crisis and media management.

In 2010 Dave Thomas became a consultant for 11Management. Dave has worked for The Sunday Times as a football reporter and as a sports editor at The Sun.
